You don't have to be a life science teacher to know that this sux. BP--get on the ball and get your ass in gear. It's unnerving that the world's worst oil spill is in our backyard. Pregnancy hormones or not, this picture makes me want to cry.

I can't look at these photos. You know, the photographers take these photos of birds because the photos of hermit crabs don't have the same effect. Seems people need to see a subject with eyes to feel the sorrow. First whale died, that was documented to have died because of the oil spill. But are we getting so used to seeing these images every night that we're losing our outrage?
