Warmer Weather = Get Your Butt Outside!

 The weather hasn't been the best for the past week or so.  It was freezing cold, then foggy, then rainy, then back to foggy, and finally it all cleared today!  And when the fog left it took the cold with it, because for the first time since the kids' birthday party, it's downright pleasant outside!  We all wore sweatshirts today, but those became unnecessary after running around at the park for a half hour or so.
With the miserable weather came a house full of kids with cabin fever.  And this past week has been horrific at school with the Talent Show--that building has owned me every afternoon--and with the show on Friday night, I finally got my free time back  :)  Timmy and Garrett went hunting all day Saturday, so I bribed everyone into the car with the promise of Starbucks and fresh air.  We went out to Alum Springs park in Fredericksburg for the afternoon.

The hiking trail proved to be a little advanced for the youngest two.
